Depending on requirements we typically develop a 3D model of the project so the client & members of the construction team have a full understanding of how the building should look on completion. The approved design is then worked up into traditional 2D plans, schedules, specifications and supplemented with 3D assembly details to clarify the requirements at important connections. In modern construction correct detailing has never been more important, as failure to implement the latest best practice could result in immediate pre-completion test failures or latent problems with the building fabric that can prove costly to put right.
